東洋大学では、Society5.0時代に求められるスキルや知識を備えたDX人材を育成するため、様々な学習サービスやキャリア支援プログラムを実施しています。ITエンジニア向けの国内最大転職・就職・学習プラットフォーム「paiza（パイザ）」を運営するpaiza株式会社と提携し、全学部生を対象にプログラミング学習ができる支援サービスを導入。IT/Webエンジニア特化の動画学習サイトで学ぶことができます。学んだスキルをITエンジニア職専門の就活情報サイト「paiza新卒」でアピールすることで企業スカウトを受ける就職活動も可能です。また、全学部の1年生を対象としたDXやビジネススキルを学ぶオンライン講座「東洋大学キャリア・オナーズプログラム」の実施、オンラインによる就職活動に利活用できる個室防音ブースの設置など、社会で活躍する人材を輩出するべく支援の拡充に取り組んでいます。

Toyo University provides a variety of skills learning services and career development support programswith the aim of developing skills and knowledge suitable for promoting DX in order to achieve the Society 5.0 vision. We have adopted the services of Paiza, Inc., which operates “paiza,” Japan’s largest job search and skills, learning platform for IT engineers, to provide programming learning programs for all undergraduate students. Learners access the specified video learning sites for IT and web engineers. Students who have completed the programs are entitled to be on the list of job seekers on the job placement site specific to IT engineers, “paiza shin-sotsu (new graduate),” which interested companies access for recruitment. We are also enhancing functions to support skills learning for future competent professionals, specifically by offeringbusiness and DX-related skills learning courses online for all first-year students (Toyo University Career Honors Program), and installing soundproof booths for students to use for having a job interview online.
