東洋大学のグローバル人材育成プログラムが採択 Toyo University’s Program has been selected for the Inter-University Exchange Project funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT)

東洋大学は国際化を推進しグローバル人材育成と国際教育交流に注力しています。その取り組みの成果として、文部科学省「令和4年度 大学の世界展開力強化事業－インド太平洋地域等との大学間交流形成支援－」に本学の「ビジネス日本語教育を通じた高度日本語人材と多文化共生グローバル人材の育成プログラム」が採択されました。本事業は、国際的に活躍できるグローバル人材の育成と大学教育のグローバル展開力を強化するため、海外の大学との連携を支援するものです。渡航とオンラインによる双方向の教育プログラムにより、日本と世界の架け橋となる人材を養成します。

Toyo University actively promotes internationalization initiatives focusing on global mindset development and international education and exchange. Among these initiatives, the program to develop the Japanese language abilities and multicultural communication skills of international professionals through intensive business Japanese language study has been selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) for its FY2022 Inter-University Exchange Project: Creation of Inter-University Exchanges in the Indo-Pacific Region. This project aims to support international inter-university partnerships to develop global-minded professionals and strengthen universities’ functions for global educational activities. Specific programs are conducted through an interactive communication platform based on a mix of in-person and online settings, aiming to develop the skills and mindset necessary for building a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world.
