本学は、2021年度に公益財団法人大学基準協会による大学評価（認証評価）を受審し、大学基準に適合していると認定を受けました。2007年度、2014年度に続き、3回目の適合認定となります。今回の評価結果では、「建学の理念」に基づく中期計画の推進や情報連携学部の教育活動、社会貢献センターを中心とした社会貢献活動など、５項目について高い評価をいただきました。今後も引き続き、建学の精神、目的及び各学部・研究科が掲げる教育目標等並びに諸活動の方針の実現に向けて、全学的な内部質保証体制の下、自主的かつ自律的な自己点検・評価活動を行うとともに、学生一人ひとりの成長のために、改善、改革に取り組んでまいります。

In AY 2021, Toyo University underwent a university evaluation (accreditation evaluation) implemented by the Japan University Accreditation Association (JUAA), a public interest incorporated foundation, and was accredited as conforming to the university standards. Following AY 2007 and AY 2014, this was the third time for our University to be accredited as conforming to university standards. From the results of this evaluation, we were highly evaluated in five categories, including the promotion of our mid-term plan based on our Founding Principles, our educational activities at the Faculty of Information Networking for Innovation and Design and our social contribution activities led by the Center for Social Contribution. We will continue to make improvements and reforms for the development of each of our students while conducting independent and autonomous self-inspection and evaluation activities under the university-wide internal quality assurance system to realize the Founding Spirit and objectives as well as educational goals and policies of the various activities of each Faculty and Graduate School.
