AI-House HUB-4
AI-House HUB-4 is a new international residence that will open in March 2022. AI (pronounced [ai] as in the pronoun "I") carries multiple meanings in Japanese such as 愛 (ai or love in Japanese), 相 (ai or together in Japanese), 会 (ai or meet in Japanese) or 藍 (ai or dark blue, Toyo's university color). It accommodates 292 residents, half of them being domestic students and the other half being international students. Resident Assistants (RAs) live in the AI-House HUB-4and help residents with various aspects of dormitory life and hold educational and cultural events.

Breakfast and dinner on weekdays, utilities and Internet charges are included in the rent. Rental fee of bedding items (2,300 JPY per month) will be charged additionally.

Toyo University International House (Not available to international exchange students)
International House (I-House) is a seven-story dormitory owned by Toyo University and available to international exchange students and visiting researchers. There are a total of 117 bedrooms with modern facilities, great accessibility and affordable rent. Resident Assistants (RAs) live in the I-House and help residents with various aspects of dormitory life.
