How to use
01

Fill Out the Application Form

Users fill out the required information in the dedicated online application form.
After reviewing the contents, the center will contact you to schedule a support meeting.

Attend a Support Meeting

Based on your application, we will conduct a hearing regarding your intended equipment use and confirm the conditions and requirements for usage.

Take the User Training Session and Comprehension Check

Users must complete a training session for the equipment they wish to use (some sessions are available on-demand).
After the training, a comprehension check is conducted. Once sufficient understanding is confirmed, equipment use is authorized.

Submit the Usage Application Form and Confirm the Schedule

The usage schedule will be checked based on the application form.
After the date and time are confirmed, an official permit for use will be issued.

Begin Equipment Use

On the day of use, users must check in at the Center Administration Office before starting their session.

06

Submit a Report

After completing your use of the equipment, please submit a report. Based on your usage time, Toyo University will issue an invoice.
Please ensure payment by the specified deadline.
