Programme for the Strategic Research Foundation at Private Universities supported by MEXT, Japan

The Bio-Nano Electronics Research Centre received a research grant for the “Strategic Research Foundation at Private Universities”, which was organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan, from 2011 to 2015. The Centre carried out advanced research on the “Development of innovative biomedical and environmental devices based on bio-nano hybrid structures” and obtained a number of outstanding results. Creation of a new field of science “Bio-nano fusion science”
