On October 31, 2018, a matching event was held to allow Japanese and South Korean universities to find partners for student exchange based on the 3 Plus 1 Exchange Program between Korean and Japanese Universities.
In the first half of the event, following greetings by a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea and Mr. Yoshimoto, Director-General of the Higher Education Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, a signing ceremony was held for Toyo University and Busan University of Foreign Studies to conclude a memorandum of understanding for the 3 Plus 1 Exchange Program.
In the second half, a matching opportunity was provided in which the representatives of the participating universities engaged in friendly interactions with each other to find prospective partners.
