Services for alumni

Toyo University offers the following services to its alumni, including those who have completed the Graduate School programs. Please make good use of them.

1. Beneficial Information from Toyo University
・Publication of magazine "Alumni of Toyo University" for graduates
・Announcement of "Homecoming Day in Toyo University"
・Invitation letter for overseas alumni reunion held in your region/country
・Other events, notifications, etc.

 Important: Email address registration after graduation (completion)
  Toyo University will use email as the primary form of communication for announcements.
Please update your email address (cellphone email addresses are not permitted), your current address, etc. using the [<For Alumni> Registration Form to Apply for Change of Address or Email Address]

2. Magazine 『Alumni of Toyo University』
"Alumni of Toyo University" is published once a year. The magazine introduces famous people who graduated from Toyo University and alumni who are active in various fields, and also features many articles with information on related products and institutions.

4. Toyo University Homecoming Day
Every year at Toyo University, we hold the “Homecoming Day,” where alumni return to the university.
It is typically held on a Sunday in late October. (As of AY 2021)
Once details regarding the Homecoming Day have been confirmed, we post the information on the university website and social media, and we will inform Alumni via email. Please attend together with friends from your time at Toyo.

5. Alumni Associations  (in Japan/Overseas)
Toyo university has been promoting the establishment of overseas alumni associations worldwide with the University’s official approval. Currently, alumni associations in China (Beijing and Shanghai), Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand are conducting activities. Each of these alumni associations welcomes the participation of alumni from the country/region, and also those who live or study there.
Toyo University also supports the establishment of alumni associations in Japan.

6. Use of the Library
Alumni are permitted to use the Toyo University Library. Please refer to the below links for the latest information.

7. You can hold alumni reunions on campus
(As of January 21, 2022, alumni reunions on campus are not permitted in line with the Toyo University Action Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection.)
If you are planning alumni reunions for your faculty, department, seminar, or club, don’t hesitate to consult with us. We can offer cafeterias, the Sky Hall, or conference rooms as venues.

8. Seminar houses are available
(As of January 21, 2022, seminar houses are not available in line with the Toyo University Action Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection.)
Seminar houses are welfare facilities open to students and teaching staff as venues for camps and training as part of seminar and club activities, etc. Alumni can also use them according to availability. However, smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited.
