Overview of the Graduate School of Social Welfare

Our goal is to provide our students with the skills they need to analyze the issues faced by welfare societies and to expand and develop social resources needed to solve them. We also provide on-campus research facilities and an educational structure built upon fieldwork in Japan and around the world, which allows us to give our graduates theoretical and practical skills and knowledge that enable them to work in social administration, community social work, social action, and other fields that aim to help solve the various social problems that people face.
