[Master’s Program]

(1) Objectives of Human Resources Development:
This Program seeks to foster individuals who can play a leading role both within and outside Japan in tourism studies and in tourism industries, and who can play an active role as a global tourism
expert with a high degree of academic and professional expertise in the promotion of tourism.Specifically, we aim to develop students into the following:
① An individual who can take a leadership role in the development of innovative measures to promote inbound tourism; and/or
② An individual who can act as a bridge between Japan and foreign countries in international projects to promote the development of tourism.
(2) Objectives of Education and Research: Knowledge and Skills Students Are Expected to Develop:
Students are expected to develop management capabilities in tourism industries, tourism policies and tourism development in Japan and abroad.

(1) Objectives of Human Resources Development:
This Program seeks to foster individuals who can play a leading role both within and outside Japan in tourism studies and in tourism industries, and who can play an active role as a global tourism
expert with a high degree of academic and professional expertise in the promotion of tourism. Specifically, we aim to develop students into the following:
① An individual who can take a leadership role in the development of innovative measures to promote inbound tourism;
② An individual who can play a leading part in managing an international project to promote the development of tourism;
③ An educator that can foster personnel who are engaged in the field of tourism in Japan and abroad in the future; and/or
④ A researcher who can contribute to the academic development of tourism studies by pursuing
research in the field of international tourism.
(2) Objectives of Education and Research: Knowledge and Skills Students Are Expected to Develop:
Students are expected to acquire the capability to develop human resources who can play an active part in promoting international and domestic tourism industries, and in the areas of tourism policy and tourism development.
