6-1. How to Connect Your Mobile Devices to the Internet
At Akabanedai campus, you can connect your computers and mobile devices to the Internet via Wi-Fi with SSID “iniad” This access point must be used for education and research purposes only.
* ID and Password for connecting to “iniad” are in your INIAD Account which will be sent to your ToyoNet Mail address after completing your enrollment procedure.
* Your ID and password for ToyoNet Mail address are in “Notification of Network Service ID” delivered to you at the time of the enrollment procedure.
6-2. INIAD Education System
At INIAD, information systems named G Suite, Slack and MOOCs are used for various educational purposes.
You need the ID and password of your INIAD account to get on these systems.

6-3. INIAD org Mail
For INIAD students, the main E-mail address will be INIAD org Mail（@iniad.org）.
Please check your mailbox every day since important notifications will be sent from Toyo University.
ToyoNet-G is a system to perform procedures/registrations required for studies and student life. Useful information for student life will also be distributed through ToyoNet-G.
・Applications (Address changes, grade review, etc.)
・Registrations (Course registration, etc.)
・Printing of forms (Course registration confirmation sheet, grade report, etc.)
・Receipt and submission of questionnaires
・Notices from the University (Notices to individual students / Information on class cancellations, makeup classes, etc.)
ToyoNet-ACE is used for attendance management, assignment submission, etc.
Also, ToyoNet-ACE is often used as a tool for supplementing the content of lectures to enable students to study outside of class and deepen their understanding of the content.

6-4-4. ToyoNet Mail
Each student of the University will be given a personal email address. You can use your ToyoNet mail address for free.
You may be contacted at your ToyoNet mail address by the University; please check your email to see if you have an contact from the University.

6-5. Office365 Applications for Students
While enrolled in Toyo University, students are able to install the latest version of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) on their PCs and other terminal equipment by utilizing a cloud service provided by Microsoft Corporation, "Office 365 Education."
To use this service, you need to sign up for it by using your e-mail address ending in "＠toyo.jp" which is allocated by Toyo University to each student at the time of entrance.

* "Office 365 Education" is a cloud service provided by Microsoft Corporation; it is not provided by Toyo University.
6-6. Antivirus Software
To avoid network security risks, make sure to install antivirus software on your own PC. Toyo University does not provide network security services.
