6. Promotion of applied philosophy. The policy of the Philosophy Thus, the Philosophy Academy began its new journey. The definition of a vocational school was “a school for teaching advanced academic skills and tech-niques.” Entities that had previously been categorized as private schools could now refer to themselves as universities.
