2. Application Forms

The application deadline for fall 2018 enrollment has passed.

 

September Enrollment (September to January or September to August)

Early January

【Toyo University → Partner University, UMAP University】

Application details announced.

Late February

【Student → Toyo University】

Nomination and Submission of online application.

*In case the applicant hasn’t obtained the JLPT N2 or N1, the applicant who would like to take the NEST courses must take the J-CAT (Japanese Computerized Adaptive Test).

Mid March

【Student → Toyo University】

Submission of completed application materials (online).

Mid July【Toyo University → Partner University, UMAP University】

Delivery of letter of acceptance, visa application documents, etc.


*Applicants of the exchange program are required to personally apply for a student visa at a nearby Japanese embassy or consulate after receiving the Certificate of Eligibility.

Late July【Partner University, UMAP University → Toyo University】

Return of signed letter of acceptance, lodging (I-House) documents, etc.

【Student → Toyo University】

Completion of online registration.

April Enrollment (April to August or April to Janurary)

Late September

【Toyo University → Partner University, UMAP University】
