自己紹介

My goals as an English educator in Japan are to not only help my students to improve their English, but also to broaden their horizons. My hope and aim are to support their search for opportunities to become gainfully employed and to become contributing members to both Japanese society and the world at large.

My current research interests include vocabulary acquisition in EFL and NeuroELT. In particular, I'm interested in finding the most effective vocabulary learning strategy for long term retention and recall strength.

My hobbies include first and foremost spending time with my family and making new memories and experiences together, reading spy novels, riding my bicycle and hitting the gym.
