- To help international students concentrate on their studies, Toyo University reduces the financial burden on them by setting its fees as low as possible.
- Scholarships
- Toyo University has a scholarship scheme in place to provide economic support to international students. Interested students are invited to apply.
- Tuition exemption
- The university reduces its tuition by a certain amount (equivalent to 30%) for international students who pay their own expenses in order to alleviate their economic burden and support their motivation to study.

Scholarships
Toyo University offers various scholarships to support international students who are motivated to learn.
- Masajuro Shiokawa Scholarship
- Monthly payment of 100,000 yen
(Annual total of 1,200,000 yen)- May not be received simultaneously with other scholarships.
- Toyo University Category 1 Scholarship
- (Scholarship for students with an excellent academic record)
300,000 yen- May not be received simultaneously with other scholarships.
