Housing Toyo University International House ("I-House") Newly Opened!! The new seven-story "I-House" opened in September 2008 for exchange students and professors. It has a total of 55 rooms with modern facilities, great connection and a very affordable rent. Location: The Toyo University International House ("I-House") is located in the heart of Tokyo and therefore provides ideal accessibility to all major areas, such as Shinjuku, Asakusa, Ueno, Ikebukuro and Roppongi. Also, the Hakusan campus is only 15 minutes away on foot. ○S-type room: \ 40,000 per month ○D-type room: \ 80,000 per month ○M-type room: \100,000 per month Address: 3-2-4, Sendagi, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0022 Japan Rooms: I-House has 21 single-type of rooms (20m2), 32 double-type of rooms (50m2) and 2 maisonette-type of rooms (70m2).
