In regards to the aftereffects of the Tohoku Earthquake

After reviewing all the situations after the 3.11 Tohoku-Kanto Great Earthquake, Toyo University has reached a conclusion to carry out all the academic schedule of the academic year 2011 which starts on April 1, Friday, including the Entrance Ceremony to be held on April 6, Wednesday, at the Nippon Budokan, orientation for course registration, and class opening, as has been originally scheduled.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience due to the delayed announcement.
Schedule of the Spring Semester
1) Orientation for the New Semester Registration will be held on April 1 as is scheduled.
2) Spring semester classes start on April 8 as is scheduled.
3) Exchange Students are advised to be back to Japan by April 1, and by April 8 at the latest. April 14 is the very deadline for registration, and they must come back by this date. (If Exchange Students return later than April 14, they won't be given credits even though they attend the classes.)
