Toyo University Presented Special Lectures for King Prajadhipok’s Institute, Thailand

On the request of King Prajadhipok’s Institute (KPI), a research and education institute affiliated with the National Assembly of Thailand, Toyo University presented special lectures on April 7th, 2017. Led by Professor Panaros Malakul Na Ayudhya of Chulalongkorn University, a partner university of Toyo University, 26 participants from KPI, who also are government officials of Thailand, attended the special lectures, which were held at 125 Hall on Hakusan Campus. Following opening remarks from Prof. Ryo Matsumaru (Faculty of Global and Regional Studies), Prof. Inagawa (Faculty of Sociology) delivered a lecture entitled, “Nursing Care Insurance System and Social Welfare Counsel System in Japan”, and Prof. Chino Yabunaga (Faculty of International Studies) gave a lecture entitled, “Regional Welfare and Social Welfare Counsel System.”. After the session, the participants enjoyed a tour of Hakusan Campus led by Assistant Prof. Kozue Kashiwazaki (Faculty of Global and Regional Studies).
